Late last summer they had very good timothy hay. My rabbits loved it. So this fall I ordered $100 worth of timothy hay for my rabbits and they will not eat it. It is the most brittle and dry hay I have ever seen. And has an odd odor. I don't know what they did to it. Irrigated it with fracking water? I tried on several occasions to get them to eat it and they refuse. Maybe it's ok for guinea pigs but not rabbits. I then purchased Timothy hay from Small Pet Select. It was much better hay and they are eating it up. I asked Pam Macey, the owner, for a refund and she refused. She said they are not going to give me a refund just because "my animals just don't happen to like it". Then she said I already got a partial refund anyway. This was from shipping I overpaid! This company does not stand behind their product. They make a ton of money on this hay but will not refund my money. And I live on a very limited income!
